(Party Objectives)

Why a National Vision?

A national declaration that unites the Sudanese about the aspirations and hopes of the future and is a source of inspiration for present and future generations.
Linking national action to inspiring goals and providing real platforms for all to contribute to the completion of the national project of the Sudanese nation.
Providing the scientific bases and strategic reference for the detailed programs of the party.
A framework road map to remove Sudan from the list of failed states to the horizons and desirability of sustainable development, good governance and social justice based on the indicators of international measuring standards of development and global social welfare.
An intellectual contribution to create developmental and knowledge bases for the political competition in Sudan and transfer it from excessive involvement in pure politics to the horizons of competition for the preparation and development of public policies that affect the various aspects of life of Sudanese citizens.

Summary of National Vision

We hope that Sudan will be among the best five African countries in ten years, through the reconstruction of the modern national state according to an integrated national project that achieves sustainable development for Sudanese people within the framework of the state of citizenship and rule of law.

Methodology of preparing the national vision

The national vision was prepared according to the comparative research method and the study of similar cases.
The vision considered the international development indicators and the requirements for achieving the best results in them as one of the best five African countries as a national goal, compared to the set of indicators like (which include but are not limited to):
Per capita in Gross domestic product (GDP).
Human Development Index.
Transparency, Corruption and Good Governance Index.
Unemployment indicators.
Millennium Development Goals (2015).
Environment, Health and Safety indicators.
Indicators of happiness and well-being.
Business Ease Indicators.
Work productivity indicators.
Trade Balance.

National Vision of Binaa Sudan Party

A fully functioning democratic system that supports sustainable development and promotes national unity based on the diversity of ethnic and cultural components of the Sudan.

It is the people who choose their ruler and hold him accountable for what he accomplishes and questions about what he does not achieve. There are mechanisms for monitoring and monitoring that protect the country's resources from corruption and achieve transparency.
A freely elected national leadership and subject to the control of the people and the democratic institutions it represents.
Strong legislative authority that reflects all categories and components of the people.
Compatibility in the optimal form of the state system and structure in a manner that supports the realization of the national vision and establishes the foundations of a sustainable democratic system.
To study and establish an electoral system in line with the social structure of the society and achieve the full representation of all components of Sudanese people in the institutions of the state and society. To promote national unity based on the diversity of ethnic, cultural and social components of Sudan.

A highly efficient, effective judicial system that achieves justice.
A modern and sophisticated executive authority that promotes the principles and concepts of good governance through direct and independent control of the legislature, the press and the media.
Wise and sophisticated political institutions compete for how to achieve the national vision and serve the Sudanese citizen.
A free and independent media that exercises its oversight and national role in achieving the national vision.
Supporting and strengthening the role and presence of civil society institutions and restoring their historical role in achieving national unity and sustainable development.

High national values reflect all the Sudanese ethnic and cultural components, which are respected by all and play their role in national building according to its guidance:

Every Sudanese should live in dignity and freedom in his homeland and abroad, feel his ownership and belonging to this homeland, and be safe for himself, his family, relatives, neighbors and friends. And that every Sudanese in general. And specially all women, young people and those with physical and psychological challenges can achieve themselves and access to their full capabilities without restrictions that wasts their potential or prevents them from participating in any field or taking any job.
Consensus and compromise on higher national values that reflect all the ethnic, cultural and social components of the Sudanese people.
Preaching and promotion of national values as supreme principles respected by all and represents the primary reference of culture and national pride.
The preaching and expression of all ethnic, cultural and social components of Sudan, and calling upon the national unity, dignity and national pride to be used to unite the people and the nation.
Remind the historical national achievements of the Sudanese through the ages and unite people and the nation around it.
Developing national values on the concepts of supporting and encouraging the culture of production, labor and national participation.
Combating negative values and harmful habits and focusing on building of positive Sudanese human being who contributes to sustainable development and social peace.

Rational governance and strategic government building to provide high-quality public services:

Plan and implement a new urban structure aimed at solving the problems of housing and treatment of the problems caused by overcrowding, congestion of roads and increasing rates of pollution, so that every Sudanese citizen can develop his abilities and improve his performance, in order to realize his dreams.
To rely on the principle of separation of powers as a basic framework for regulating the relationship between the public authorities of the state and preventing the monopolization of power as the real guarantee to preserve the foundations of the modern state and to guarantee civil liberties and that the form of governance depended on administrative decentralization in achieving local development.
Disseminate and promote the culture of strategic planning and institutional performance and build the administrative system of institutions of government and the state according to the principles of strategic management.
Develop and implement a unified corporate governance system that ensures that all state institutions adhere to the principles of accountability, transparency and good governance.
Preparing and developing the public policies of different state agencies based on expectations and needs of all Beneficiary and stakeholders.
Harnessing the capabilities of government agencies and the state to serve the all and provide public services to citizens with the highest quality and reliability.
Reforming the structures of state institutions and agencies according to the requirements of achieving national vision and sustainable development, Developing the concept of public service and the role of service accordingly.

Sustainable economic development based on the comparative advantages of Sudan Resources and competencies:

Economic planning policies based on creativity, innovation and sustainable economic diversification.
Achieving full governance in the planning and implementation of economic policy and harmonization of monetary and fiscal policies of macroeconomic policy directions.
Restructuring the Sudanese economy in favor of agriculture and industrialization by benefiting from natural resources and avoiding the export of raw materials wherever possible.
To balance the role of the state in the formulation of macroeconomic policies and to harmonize the structures and institutions of the planning and implementation of economic policy according to the requirements of sustainable development in Sudan.
Promote and encourage public-private partnerships to support economic growth and sustainable development.
Protect private property and encourage domestic and foreign investment while protecting local communities and safeguarding their economic and social interests.
Reducing unemployment rates and creating suitable job opportunities through the development of the labor market and production relations according to the priorities of the national vision and the macroeconomic policy of the state.
Encouraging and supporting micro-enterprises small and medium enterprises and maximizing their participation in Gross domestic product (GDP).
Enhancing the competitiveness of the economy through continuous production of knowledge, innovation and entrepreneurship.
Achieve overall economic development by reducing waste of state resources and reusing unused state-owned assets.

Pay attention to enhancing Sudan's exportation of services through a variety of tourist attractions, improving the quality of hotel services, hospitality, guidance and entertainment activities, and activating community participation in promoting the advantages of tourism in Sudan.
Encouraging and creating the appropriate environment for the development of industry in Sudan and working to create new markets and expand the industrial area.
Encourage the expansion of the reliance on advanced technology in the industry in order to improve competitiveness, raise productivity and increase labor market levels.
Establish modern mechanisms to stimulate and develop handicraft industries, especially craftwork related to the Sudanese identity as it is outside the global competition, both in terms of price or quality, plus take care of small and medium enterprises because of its importance in the advancement of the economy.
The State must adhere to transparent, impartial and stable monetary and economic policies aimed at achieving comprehensive development.

Social cohesion Achieves Social Justice Grievances:

Achieving national unity through redefining the social cohesion in Sudan according to the consensus on national values without discrimination, regardless of its causes and reasons.
Raising awareness of accepting others, understanding and discovering multiculturalism, ethnicity and common identity and spreading patriotism as a motive and an essential component of Sudanese human life.
To work towards reaching a racism-free society, eliminating division and dispersion factors, and dealing with diversity, ethnic, cultural and social diversity as a source of wealth and enhancement of national unity in Sudan.
Every Sudanese should live in a social environment that accepts the differences between the members of society and is characterized by equality, peaceful coexistence and stability under the umbrella of a civil state that respects law and order, preserves the rights of citizenship without discrimination, achieves justice, preserves her/his dignity and respects her/his religion, beliefs and worship.
Fight poverty, and justice in the distribution of income and national wealth to achieve social justice and strengthen the foundations and elements of national unity.
Develop an integrated project for national and social peace in Sudan based on critique and correcting practices and lifting historical, social and cultural injustice that occurred during all periods of previous national rule.
Building and supporting social stability in accordance with the principles of social justice and community solidarity.
To develop and improve the quality of health services in terms of quantity and quality as a genuine right of citizens in all parts of Sudan.
To provide security and safety for all citizens and to fight crime by taking advantage of existing traditional social institutions.
To support and strengthen Sudanese families and to strengthen its building in order to support and achieve total social stability.
To ensure that the most numerous and poorest groups in our societies feel that they are the largest beneficiaries of State programs and civil society for social welfare.
To activate the role of culture and creativity in the development of human and society based on the system of stable values in Sudanese society calling for peaceful coexistence between religions and respect for holy sites, without prejudice to freedom principle. And to provide Sudanese citizen with the opportunity to benefit and enhance the manifestations of creative cultural diversity in Sudanese society.

Modern educational system that enhances national talent, provides generations with future skills and knowledge, supports human development and sustains a democratic system:

Build and develop education system and structure in accordance with the requirements of achieving the national vision and the model of sustainable development in the Sudanese context.
Establish a modern and continuous educational system that achieves quality in the outputs along with social and economic impact.
Fighting ignorance and illiteracy and reaching an illiteracy-free society.
Enhancing the competitiveness of local, regional and global human capital by integrating and developing all stages of education (pre-school, school and university) and providing future generations with relevant modern skills and knowledge.
To pay attention to vocational and technical training and education which supports economic growth and sustainable development.
To consider and keep pace with the educational curricula at all stages of modern scientific developments in all fields.
Redefine the role of all parties related to the educational process on one hand and in another to support, train and strengthen the capacities of all stakeholders to achieve highest education quality (inputs and outputs).
To take care of information technology and ensure that all citizens at least have the minimum level of knowledge and skills in this field.

Balanced foreign relations that take account of Sudan's regional and cultural extensions based on mutual benefit and support economic development and transfer of knowledge and technology:

Building of a modern model of international relations that supports, achieves the national vision and preserves the sovereignty and prestige of the Sudanese state.
Restore balanced foreign relations that considers Sudan's regional and cultural extensions and the positive role of Sudan in regional and international forums without interference in the internal affairs of other countries.
Focus on strengthening relations with the geographical environment without neglecting other cultural extensions and historical relations of Sudan with other world countries.
Taking advantage of foreign policy in favor of the priorities and requirements of sustainable development through the transfer of modern knowledge and technology to suit Sudan's development needs.
Normalize and improve Sudan's relations with various international organizations to achieve national interest and sovereignty.
Improving the international image of Sudan and modifying negative stereotypes about Sudan in regional and international forums.
Sudan must maintain balanced relations with the international community and face external problems by adopting a strong building of a common ground of mutual interests and guarantees aimed at stabilizing and revitalizing the region.
Sudan must draw the weight of foreign policy from the strength and cohesion of its internal front, which is the ability of the state to achieve economic progress, social balance and cultural revival, as well as the development and modernization of its defense and military capabilities.

Legislative and legal structure that supports the sustainability of the democratic system and conforms to international human rights standards:

Prepare and develop a national constitution, that reflects the consensus of Sudanese people (wherever possible) and is consistent with national vision and international human rights standards.
Formulating the new constitution through the participation of all Sudanese groups in all the regions without isolating or excluding any of the ethnic, cultural and social components of the Sudanese people.
To consider the objectives of the sustainability of the democratic system when drafting the Constitution, reflecting the spirit and content of the culture of democracy and human rights.
Review, improve and revise existing laws to harmonize with the new constitution and meet all the requirements of achieving national vision and sustainable development.
To promote the law respect culture and to enforce all society and governmental institutions to do so.
To preserve and express internationally guaranteed human rights by laws that protect and encourage them in the Constitution and supporting laws.
Emphasize the role of the institutions of the democratic system in achieving social peace and national unity.
Necessity to separate the legislative, judicial and executive authorities in order to support the consolidation of sustainable democracy culture in Sudan.
